LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse
(Pay based on years of experience and shift) Part-Time and Full-Time Available
Village Care Center in Erlanger, Kentucky is hiring on all shifts for LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team.

Requirements for LPN:
Must have a current & valid LPN license in the State of Kentucky
Responsibilities for LPN:
Working as a team player, provides caring and clinically-astute patient care
Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
Communicate, consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
Maintains accurate and detailed documentation
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
