Within the Structural Operations office we are seeking an Office Coordinator to review construction jobs prior to solar installation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reviewing construction jobs (roof and attic photos)
Verifying structural integrity and roof conditions prior to solar installation
Process roof and building information
Coordinate with field staff to obtain building and roof information
Develop strong positive working relationships with colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
2 or more years construction and/or roofing background. Solar a plus.
Experience with AutoCAD a plus.
Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. and CRMs experience is preferred.
Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
