Job Description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executes test plans and provides feedback to customer on outcomes or issues.
- Assists with set-up of specialized test equipment, as well as loading and running programs or builds.
- Performs routine calibration and maintenance of test equipment and tools according to standards and procedures.
- Performs basic repairs on test equipment as needed.
- Executes test methodologies for various technology, following established procedures, and documents results.
- Debugs and troubleshoots routine testing issues or failures and escalates other issues appropriately.
- Conducts basic analyses and gathers information to identify where an issue has occurred.
- Collaborates with individuals inside own team to complete the team's work.
- Communicates with team lead to provide status and information about impending obstacles.
- Executes individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with supervision.
- Adapts to moderate changes and setbacks in order to manage pressure and meet deadlines.
Top 5 Required Skills ?
- 2+ years of basic electrical/electronic engineering, electronics testing, or related experience.
- Ability to use deductive problem solving is required to solve moderately complex problems; most problems have defined processes of diagnosis/detection
- Experience with data analysis in terms of troubleshooting and solution discovery
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems or deal with novel circumstances
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
