Major, well respected poultry processor is looking for a Shipping Supervisor for a plant in Eastern NC.

Responsibilities: Individual will:
- Train, direct and develop hourly employees
- Provide leadership in scheduling shipments to meet customer requirements
- Define and implement new procedures to improve shipping efficiency
Requirements: Successful candidate will have:
- 4 or more years of supervisory experience in shipping and warehousing of perishable items
- Previous refrigerated shipping experience
- AA or BS degree desired but not required
