If the answer is an enthusiastic “yes” than you may be the person we’re looking for to join our dynamic team as a Mobility Execution Coordinator within the Bell Corporate Stores organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating our sales execution calls to ensure smooth execution (booking meetings, getting conference bridges set up, pulling together the right agenda and following up with detailed actions so we don’t miss a beat
  • Pulling together the start of presentations and documents for the head office team to take forward and finalize
  • Assist with communicating Mobility campaign offers and promotions
  • Reviewing weekly channel communications and assessing potential impacts to Corporate Stores
  • Develop new sales tools to enable Store Managers to drive store productivity
  • Staying informed on policies and procedures, product offers and industry knowledge and connect frequently with the field teams
  • Interacting with key internal and external partners such as Campaign Marketing, Product, Services, Merchandising, 3rd party and OEM vendors to execute on new or existing initiatives
  • Supporting the execution of vendor supported In-Store Programs (Apple Masters, Samsung Ambassador, Google Experts)
  • Prime initiatives such as: Product Advocate Program & Smartphone Super Fan Program
  • Reporting and creating post-mortems on OEM led programs and impact to sales
  • Deliver market research and mystery shopping of competitors to aid in program development
  • Managing architecture to streamline communications (distribution lists, feedback cycle)

 

Critical Competencies:

  • 12 months experience in retail (telecommunications)
  • High School Diploma
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
