IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Our IT Go to Market Services is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales Deal Execution business processes closely interacting with the respective LoB Global Customer Organization (GCO). Here we act as the Business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification of business processes based on a user-centric approach. In a joint responsibility with the respective business and process teams, we identify strategic priorities, determine the portfolio and corresponding execution plans.

Our group is looking for an experienced Callidus Solutions Architect, experienced with Sales Performance Management and Incentive and Commissions Management solutions.


The Solutions Architect will be required to thoroughly understand the underlying architecture of the Callidus Software products and to support customers at critical points in their projects where depth of technical expertise is demanded. The individual filling this role has visibly demonstrated attainment of all the necessary skills to establish and grow the client relationship from a technical perspective. The Solutions Architect works with the onsite consulting team under shorter engagement periods to provide the required technical depth and understanding to resolve critical issues quickly and continue to sustain customer confidence and satisfaction.

Solutions Architects must contribute to the professional development of Consultants and may be asked to undertake specific mentoring or management responsibilities as well. They serve as role models through their leadership, dedication to client service and routine delivery of high quality work. They will provide ongoing coaching to Consultants through their Center of Excellence and remain active participants in the development of their assigned practice area. 



  • Provide technical expertise to support SPM solution design by leveraging current technologies which support key customer requirements in conjunction with Callidus Software product functionality. 
  • Play key aspects of designing, supporting and adopting Callidus Commissions management solution within SAP.
  • Responsible for assessing the design and development of the project solution from a product fit perspective to insure compliance with prescribed implementation standards. 
  • Offer our customers distinct advantage with rapid problem identification, system architecture change recommendations, solution implementation, testing, and deployment. 
  • Work with Product Marketing, Engineering, Technical Support and Quality Assurance teams to provide input to product development direction and activities.
  • Provide immediate remedies or recommendations to resolve critical customer issues. 
  • Provide installation expertise for, or migration services to, the latest product releases.
  • Lead and participate in internal Solution Architect activities designed to advance and improve the organization's ability to deliver quality SPM solutions to its customers.
  • Lead and mentor others in the Callidus Client Services organization and ensure quality of project deliverables. 
  • Participate in the development of new service offerings to enhance the breadth of services offered to customers. 
  • Work closely with Callidus Product Marketing to define key requirements for future packaged software releases. 



  • Graduate in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Callidus sales Performance Management and Commissions Management solutions experience is a must.
  • Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
  • Experience in agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.) connected with End-User Centricity
  • Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team
  • Excellent English skills.
  • Customer-focused, business acumen and good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capacity planning, benchmarking (familiarity with industry standard benchmarks is highly desirable)
  • System / Network / Application Performance Analysis and Tuning
  • Systems and Network Security Architecture
  • TCP/IP Networking
  • Unix (including but not limited to AIX / Solaris / HP-UX / Linux )
  • Windows Server 2008 and 2016
  • Familiarity with RDBMS ( Oracle, IBM UDB DB2, MS SQL Server )
  • Familiarity with J2EE App Servers (BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, JBOSS )
  • Familiarity with HTTP Servers (Sun Java System Webserver 6, Microsoft IIS, Apache )
  • Able to work in a fast paced, problem-solving environment, as a highly motivated self-starter possessing a professional and personable demeanor, who thrives in a complex and challenging environment. 
  • Possess prior leadership level experience, exhibiting the ability to influence senior client management with instant credibility. 
  • Communicate with exceptional clarity on both business and technical concepts
  • Experience with Informatica
  • Actuate experience is a plus
  • Grid & Clustering Computing concepts



  • 7+ years’ experience in IT & Software Development, Consulting experience highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of Callidus of Performance Management and Commissions Management solutions.
  • 2 + years at the Senior Architect Level
  • Experience in supporting multi-tier application architectures
  • Past or present experience working in consulting environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM.
