POSITION SUMMARY: The fulfillment supervisor is responsible for the direction of employees in accurate, timely and efficient functions within the fulfillment environment including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, kitting and shipping of products. The supervisor achieves key processes and operational cost improvements in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Supervisor also fosters a team environment to support Brownells' vision of Selection, Service, and Satisfaction.
