To be a good fit for Demand Planner opportunity, you will have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business or similar preferred. We will also consider outstanding candidates with the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-8+ years of experience, with demonstrated experience in Demand Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Distribution resource planning and/or inventory replenishment experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
  • Good facilitation skills required; strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of the business affecting the forecast process
  • Solid experience with software packages including Microsoft Office Suite, demand planning, inventory optimization, and ERP (IQMS experience is a plus); very strong to advanced Excel skills for complex models (i.e. heavy indexing, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
