Continuous Improvement Manager

Ensuring Chart’s Success…

In this role, the CI Manager position will support Customer Service through bridging business problems with technology solutions.  As Customer Service continues to grow and support the Chart D&S Americas growth plan, it is critical for continuous improvements to be flushed out and implemented in a timely manner. The CI Manager’s role will be challenging, yet very rewarding as they implement new business solutions within the department.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

  • To identify and deliver improvement activities across the CS department through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of critical thinking
  • To work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support a culture of continuous change
  • To lead and facilitate process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions
  • To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and implement better ways of working
  • To drive system analysis and the interpretation of business rules/customer contracts and their requirements for IT implementation

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

  • 5 years related experience in the field or related area
  • Ability to interface with multiple teams and be a decision maker
  • High level of communication skills, written and verbal
  • Fluid in JDE Enterprise 1, MS Office, Adobe
  • Change management

Your Education Should Be…

  • Bachelor's degree

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

  • Lift up to 15 pounds
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, other related tasks in an office setting
