About the Role:

The HR Records Specialist will work with a team of talented associates on the Total Rewards team. This position provides support to our Retail and Corporate organizations as well as projects that support the broader business. This role works with the HR community to manage all employee records, and databases of personnel actions and builds strong working relationships by providing outstanding customers service. This role will report to the HR Records Supervisor.

* Process all incoming requests for changes to employee records in our HR system, Lawson
* Maintain manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines
* Respond to questions from internal and external sources to resolve problems, provide information and/or redirect to other team members as needed
* Review weekly reports to issue discount stickers
* Participate in meetings and projects that involve a range of issues and provide recommendations
* Continuously look for better ways to do things and improve internal processes
* Work collaboratively with HR teams across the company
* Ensure data quality while maintaining and protecting confidential data with the utmost care

We're excited about you because...

* Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience in Human Resources
* Working knowledge with an HRMS preferred
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
* Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience working with databases: manipulating, summarizing and analyzing data
