About the Role

The Creative Digital Project Manager is responsible for overseeing digital support for our global websites, including both franchise and company-owned. This person will manage schedules, deadlines and digital asset preparation for seasonal and weekly digital campaigns. They will help onboard new franchise partners and help maintain our high brand standards for all global websites. This person should be highly motivated, a great communicator, and exceptionally organized. They will develop and maintain strong relationships through all stages of a creative project, including scope, development, execution, and delivery.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

* Manage timelines for projects and communicate them to internal and external partners.
* Work with global partners (franchise and company-owned) to develop digital marketing and advertising assets.
* Maintain and enforce the brand standard for all digital asset deliverables
* Manage project scope to ensure realistic goals for schedules and content
* Partner with global merchant team on creative and marketing needs
* Support new country website launches with designs, product assets and style guides
* Support in-country Web Designers with digital designs and product assets
* Manage and develop Canada Digital Designer
* Develop processes to streamline workflow and communication
* Manage process of translating and localizing materials for several global markets
* Traffic all marketing creative to franchise and internal teams for approval
* This role should anticipate growth and responsibility increases as the business continues to develop in regard to project breadth and quantity.
* This role will be a cross function team leader, working seamlessly between departments and external business partners.


We're excited about you because...

* 4+ years of project management, art direction or equivalent experience
* 2+ years of retail experience
* Must have experience and a deep understanding of digital design and the development process.
* Must be organized with the ability to manage numerous projects, tight turnaround times, scheduling conflicts, revisions and technical challenges effectively.
* Collaboration: this is a critical part of the success of this position as it will be the key to uniting the team and successfully managing each project
* This person should be a critical thinker with the ability to work with many different work styles and backgrounds.
* A fluency in Project Management Tools (Basecamp, SmartSheet, or equivalents)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional initiative & follow-through skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed
* Compelling positivity

Technical Competencies required:

* Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver
* Clear knowledge of Dreamweaver
* HTML, CSS and coding
