Description

As the Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for directing and supervising the activities of AirTrain Agent Is & IIs that provide customer service to the public that use AirTrain JFK to travel in and around JFK International Airport. You will also be responsible for communicating clear and effective directions, effective use of personnel & resources to support revenue service, maintenance assignments, special events and system failures and recoveries.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and Lead Tech. Supervisory Skills, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Accountability, Customer Relations. Accepts ownership of departmental issues and situations and follow-up and through on commitments, addresses issues and concerns timely and honestly, follows established procedures, regulatory requirements. Intermediate level of skills in Microsoft Office applications.
