What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure all contractors/installers are compliant with their contractual obligations including installer/helper badging program, uniforms, vehicle standards, customer service metrics, and claims and general paperwork processes
  • Ensure all client warehouse personnel have a direct contact and assist with monitoring load-out each day, reviewing order accuracy, rescheduling, researching missing product, and confirming out-of-stock situations
  • Provide guidance to stores on how to engage XPO for information requests and escalations by directing them to the proper department; help train stores on XPO processes as needed; support stores and field managers by providing order details and updates as needed
  • Provide responses to escalations including urgent service calls, escalated customer calls, incorrect order information, merchandise not shipped as per SOP
  • Reschedule customer orders based on the direction of XPO, the customer, or the client

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project) and intermediate to advanced understanding of computer operating systems; quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration
  • Strong knowledge of service support skills to provide solutions to a wide variety of customer problems and installation procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to condense broad concepts into specific projects
  • Strong management skills with the ability to interface with a broad spectrum of senior management, customers, and internal support
