Marketing Consultant II

Job Location: United States : North Carolina : Charlotte  Alternate Job Location : United States : New Jersey : Bridgewater  

 

Role Value Proposition: 

Focused on the direct to consumer business, the role’s primary focus is to implement marketing initiatives to impact the business sales goals.  This is done through partnering with business counterparts along with broader US and global marketing teams.  The candidate will work as part of a team whose objectives are to develop product positioning, marketing campaigns, and assets. The ideal candidate is data-driven and is responsible for creating content, analyzing campaigns and continuously optimizing acquisition programs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute A/B testing on all campaigns to continually improve performance, including landing page optimization
  • Identify and execute web projects that improve site design, digital engagement, and demand generation
  • Measure and report on campaign performance and key metrics, identify actionable insights
  • Assist in developing content programs (social media posts, emails, website copy, landing pages)
  • Provide support in planning, production and deployment of emails, including creative development, segmentation and testing
  • Identify digital technology, content and/or operational production issues and support resolution

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices, including website & mobile optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing marketplace
  • Experience with analytics platforms ( Google or Adobe preferred)
  • Experience with creative  or campaign development
  • 3+ of marketing experience

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with CMS , CRM and Email Marketing/Marketing Automation platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred
