Name and description of the hiring team:


Contract Management Services (CMS), Field Services- Operations manages the quality and timeliness of service provided by our vendors through innovation, simplification, and continuous improvements in procedures while focusing on delivery of all services in a cost efficient manner.  Contract Management Services is also responsible for measuring, monitoring, and supporting Contractors and Vendor Managers. 


CMS – Reporting and Analysis conducts deep dives into performance results & metrics, cost-benefit analysis, trending and forecasting, and providing recommendations for cost reductions and process enhancements.  Scheduled reporting, scorecards (internal / external), database management fall within core accountabilities. Core systems used within this role include but are not limited to, SQL Server, SAP, FWFM, TWI, WOM


 Job Duties/Accountabilities:


  • Design and extract data through Management Studios
  • Develop integrated programs, queries, stored procedures to complete to facilitate analysis:
    • Validation of Billing information
  • Develop dynamic web reports based on data queries developed
  • Working with web tools used to administrate the billing process
  • Working with Cost Analysis team to assure invoice processing
  • Create, modify and maintain business rules between the Finance and IT groups
  • Work with operations team to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions to enforce PMO and FMO business strategies
  • Ensuring correct distribution of costs to various cost centres, account codes, and Networks
  • Communicate technical and or financial information to different groups, IT, Finance, SAP support, Accounts payable and cost analysis team


Essential Qualifications/Competencies:


  • SQL Management Studio 2008
    • T-SQL intermediate or greater
    • SSIS coding intermediate or greater
    • Relational Database development and normalization
  • Strong analytical and decision making skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ms Excel intermediate level or greater
  • Ms Word intermediate level or greater
  • Ms PowerPoint intermediate level or greater
  • Team oriented, assertive communication skills, influential


Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:


  • Bachelor degree in Science or related field
  • Intermediate knowledge SAP
  • Intermediate knowledge of Bell billing processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of Technician dispatch systems FWFM, TWI, WOM
  • Knowledge of WBS’s, Networks, Account codes, Cost Centres and Organization codes
  • Knowledge of Bell billing processes
  • Knowledge of BTS field and billing processes
  • Knowledge of Bell outside plant


Working Conditions:


  • Tour start / end times vary between 7:00am to 5:00pm
  • Periodical off tour work may be required




Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
