General Summary:

Reporting to Procurement Systems Integration, Sr. Manager, this position will be responsible for the successful preparation and execution of the technical contract transition for local and global Raw Materials and Packaging (R&P) suppliers into the new procurement model. This role will be part of the project associated to implementing the global Danone Resources Efficiency core-model for global and local purchasing categories as part of the SAP roll-out project for DanoneWave.  They will coordinate with both the US and Canadian business teams to ensure full preparation and alignment. The name of the project is Endeavour.


Primary Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Prepare and define macro & detailed contract transition plan and strategy
  • Follow up with category buyers and legal teams on legal contract status and upload
  • Monitor progress of preparation and execution of technical contracts upload waves
  • Responsible for successful uploads of technical contracts for a successful supplier activation
  • Coordinate project activities between IS, Master Data, Quality and category buyers
  • Define, prepare and ensure correctness of contract upload files
  • Close collaboration with supplier activation stream
  • Monitor upload activities of other streams (Finance, Master Data, IS, Quality, etc.)
  • Prepare and animate weekly contract transition meetings
  • Track and follow-up project KPI´s and action plans
  • Ability to work and communicate across value chain with diverse team members.
  • Familiarity and comfort with change management.  Ability to bring enthusiasm and openness during periods of change


    Preferred requirements:

 Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

 · Bachelor’s Degree required. Preferred related discipline in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data analysis, Procurement or related fields

· Must have strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and PPT)

· Must have strong analytical skills

· Excellent project and time management skills a must

· Strong written and verbal communication skills a must

· Must be able to work in a matrixed, team environment
