As Italian Speaker - Specialist People Coordinator, you will focus on supporting delivery of core products for the Talent CoE team based in Italy. You will act as crucial link between the market and the central function, providing tailored support as well as sharing best practices and driving group approach where appropriate.

What you’ll do:

  • Working across multiple Talent & Learning subject areas you’ll provide professional, in-depth advice and efficient customer experience for our employees within specified SLA’s.

  • Become / Be a Subject Matter Expert for a one or more processes carried out by the team to ensure accountability and robust support for peers and the Talent CoE team.

  • Handling our digital learning content through creating audiences, uploading content, reporting and auditing.

  • Coordinating the logistics of Instructor led training including booking trainers, raising and paying purchase orders, handling and observing attendance.

  • Coordinating Forum activity including election management, site maintenance, answering queries and arranging logistics.

  • Preparing and launching templates and reporting regarding cyclical and ad-hoc activities in Workday e.g., Career Profiles, Learning, Performance Reviews, People Survey.

  • Providing full support to SAR Team in obtaining all vital materials for System Access Requests.

  • Ensuring all quality audits, CRSA controls and queues are handled within expected standards.

  • Work closely with Centres of Excellence, People Advice & Admin teams, and 3rd parties to resolve queries and critical issues to deliver our core responsibilities, ad-hoc requirements, projects, and changes.

  • Provide support for regular, reoccurring and ad-hoc activity including projects and change initiatives.

  • Support with any upskilling required and communication related to specialist topics and changes for People Advice to enable them to deliver a brilliant advisory service to employees.

  • Be a champion of continuous improvement to ensure we always deliver in the most efficient and effective way for our customers whilst providing 3rd parties with feedback to improve their service.

  • Carry out reporting as required on regular and reoccurring basis to support with various Talent work activities and audits.

  • Work closely with other Specialist Coordinators across Group People Services to ensure a one team ethos where we all are multi- skilled to support our colleagues to deliver for all our customers.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficient in Italian & English - spoken and written.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced HR Specialist administration team with knowledge of either Talent, Learning, Performance or Engagement and Recognition.
  • Experience of managing complex queries and/or high volumes of transactions under pressure and within strict deadlines whilst demonstrating the ability to re-prioritise and manage a diverse workload.​
  • Ability to understand and utilise multiple systems whilst developing into an SME on these systems​.
  • Great communications skills - written, on the phone and face to face with proven ability to interact and build effective relationships with key stakeholders including Centres of Excellence and 3rd party providers with the confidence to lead calls when required​.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and driving results​.
  • A flexible attitude with an eagerness to learn and continuously improve our processes and ways of working​.
  • Positive can-do attitude with appreciation for collaborative work to ensure success.​
