Technical Facilities Manager
Permanent, Full Time
Location: Stratford, London.
We are recruiting for an experienced Technical Facilities Manager to lead our Hard FM contract on the London Stadium.
The Technical Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing the hard FM operation while supporting the development of a full whole life asset management contract including PPM, reactive and small works/lifecycle projects on a single-site operation. This position will play a key role in delivering against our goal of offering a best-in-class workplace experience by providing subject matter expertise in facilities hard services. The successful candidate will engage with various stakeholders pro-actively and lead dedicated teams to provide solutions which meet ambitious organisational targets. An engineering background is key in this role.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience with Hard FM delivery
- Technically qualified/experienced (Mechanical desired)
- Experience of managing and delivering technical projects
- Knowledgeable on building compliance and SFG20 standards
- Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
- Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
You would be responsible for:
- Management of the core FM operation (Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, PPM/Reactive Maintenance and Minor New works)
- Daily, weekly and monthly stakeholder engagement meetings
- Monitoring, and reporting on agreed KPIs - ensuring performance exceeds required deliverables
- Whole life asset evidencing, including warrantee management
- Delivering complex and intricate project works in live environments
- Acting as the contract’s technical expert in all FM matters
- Embedding a culture of Health & Safety compliance across the team
