Job Summary: As an Onsite PowerShell and Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining PowerShell scripts and endpoint management solutions to optimize system performance, security, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of PowerShell automation into existing systems and workflows. This role requires a strong understanding of PowerShell scripting, endpoint management tools, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks such as software deployment, system configuration, and user management.
2. Implement endpoint management solutions to monitor, manage, and secure endpoints across the organization.
3. Collaborate with IT teams to analyze system requirements and design PowerShell solutions that meet business needs.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerShell scripts, endpoint configurations, and system performance.
5. Conduct regular audits of PowerShell scripts and endpoint configurations to ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
6. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and IT staff on PowerShell scripting and endpoint management.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in PowerShell scripting, endpoint management tools, and cybersecurity to recommend and implement improvements.
8. Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate PowerShell automation into new systems and processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in PowerShell scripting, including script development, debugging, and optimization.
3. Understanding of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or similar solutions preferred
4. Experience in Windows operating systems administration and troubleshooting.
5. Knowledge of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
8. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
