Our priority is working with integrity to improve the health and well-being of people and communities where we operate, working towards making a positive impact in the Team:Reporting to the Head of Finance CHC, the Business Analysis & Controlling Analyst is an integral member of the Financial Planning team offering a dynamic environment, exposure to senior stakeholders across multiple functions, development opportunities and making an impact on strategic business planning.Main Responsibilities:Bringing your background in Accounting, ideally within a large matrix organisation, and your high-level communication skills to deliver the following key pillars of responsibilities:Analysis, Controlling and Business PartneringTaking ownership of preparing the P&L, ensure data is accurate and to provide decision support analysis for the local leadership teamManage financial planning processes to build aligned and robust plans to support the strategic intent of the businessBanking and closing month end- closing for sales, headcount, P&L, data quality in systems with adequate controls in placePEX management of supporting functions and headcountProvide on-time and accurate monthly and YTD information to the Head of Financial Performance in relation to profit and loss P&L and head count versus performance. This includes clear explanations and analysis of monthly performance issues ensuring a ‘no surprises’ environmentEnsure business reports are created on-time and with accuracy, in compliance with the reporting calendar issued by CorporatePartner with A2R to understand Balance Sheet balances, provisions and movements. Ensure alignment and that topics are pro-actively shared and resolvedDrive the rationalization and standardization of management reporting’s to increase efficiencyProvide ad-hoc analysis, leveraging finance network and available informationManage forecast and budget processManage the annual business plan including all recurring forecastingOperate as the interface between local finance team and Global BA&C team in the communication of detailed guidelines, key milestones and the launch of budget and forecasting cycle for local finance and business teamsCoordinate with Business managers the cost forecast: run of scenarios based on Global guidelines and ambitions, prepare the reviews with regional finance teams, ensure consistency of information and data, identify risks and opportunitiesIdentify and perform master data and hypothesis (FX) updates in system, ensure data consistency in the forecasting tool, and provide technical support to local teams during budget and forecast exercises - in collaboration with the COE Boost teamCheck consistency of the consolidated local inputs, provide budget and forecast local snapshot and communicate country budget and forecast - in collaboration with the involved stakeholdersMasterdata & Finance tools supportCo-ordinate master data management via offshore COE (cost center, my TP, profit center, …)Ensure maintenance of allocations of OPEX based on agreed SLA’s and guidelines from central finance teams - in SAP and local planning systemsSupport local finance and business teams in case of data inconsistencies and questions in systems and reportingContinuous focus increasing efficiency and effectiveness of the total finance team, including automation and transition of tasks to COEAbout You:QualificationsDegree qualified in Finance and AccountingExperience and Skills:Ideally have experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG Industries and/or from within a large multi-national organisationTechnical skills: High acumen in managing financial systems (SAP, TM1) and Excel/ Microsoft suiteStrong rigor and ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise deadlinesAble to work in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative and highly proactive attitudeAttention to detail and top analytical skills with the ability to combine and present complex information in a simple mannerAbility to interact and communicate appropriately with numerous stakeholders cross-functionallyPursue progress, discover extraordinary!Better is out there.
