Job Summary:

We seek an Account Manager who will be an essential part of the Business Development team.This is the ideal role for those looking to take their first steps into a Cyber Security sales career. This role will give you the opportunity to gain experience in New Business Development, Account Management, & Technical Sales whilst working across a mixture of private & public sector accounts.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with business owners, IT managers, technical directors, and other stakeholders to understand their cyber security needs.

Supporting and building relationships with our existing client base (of 200+ clients) and source upselling opportunities.

Growing our Partner network by engaging with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), consultancies and IT resellers.

Utilising telesales, email techniques and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage with potential clients.

  • Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and seting appointments with clients and partners.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our consultancy and managed security services and becoming the trusted contact for our clients and partners.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keeping accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, cyber security threats, and competitor activities.

What we need from you

  • Have a passion for sales and be keen to learn and develop your skill set.
  • Demonstrate a keen entrepreneurial flare and the desire to build your own client base from scratch.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, a quick learner and be highly organised.
  • Show an enthusiasm to learn and develop your knowledge of cyber security and how we can help to protect our clients and partners.
  • Have a high level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and with potential new clients and partners.
