As a *Client Development - Sales Representative, Bilingual German* (DACH market) in our Scaled Business Success (SBS) team, you’ll consult with prospective, new, and churned accounts in our small business segment, as you help them to activate their jobs on our website.
In this role, you'll be supporting the DACH region (German, Austrian, and Swiss markets), receive daily leads and have the opportunity to engage with clients through both phone and email channels. By actively listening and understanding their unique needs, you'll be able to offer tailored solutions and present opportunities for their success in utilizing Indeed's products and services.
You will approach your interactions with clients with insight, respect, and an awareness of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
*Responsibilities*
* Proactively contact new clients and prospects to present offers
* Educate and position several Indeed products to maximize success for SMBs and help them through the onboarding journey
* Promote Indeed’s products & services and demonstrate the return on investment
* Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion
* Deliver great client experiences and outcomes so clients are retained
* Meet productivity standards set by the team & other health metrics
* Educate clients on our products and ensure their accounts are optimized and clients are actively engaged and feature adoption is high
* Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or through Zoom
* Assist with client re-engagement and re-activation
*Skills/Competencies*
* *Fluency in German and English (written and verbal communication)*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in transactional sales roles
* Proven influencing & sales experience with a customer focus
* Great communication skills, including the propensity to actively listen
* Experience working well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize responsibilities
* Driven to produce a high volume of outbound calls each day influencing positive client outcomes
*Salary Range Transparency*
Dublin 34,000 - 50,000 EUR per year
\*On Target Earning' (OTE) range is approximately EUR 50,000 - 73,000 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
