Description: Position Summary?: The IT Associate working with IT Operations and Production Services team will assist with IT related operations and production applications, Helpdesk ticket management, SSRS / Power BI Reporting enhancements and development. IT Associate should understand basic business functions along with an IT background in network, application, and database functions. THIS POSITION WILL BE PART TIME AND YEAR-ROUND - Candidate must have the ability to work approximately 15- 20 hours a week Monday -- Friday. Responsibilities: * Assist with helpdesk tickets by assigning to appropriate resource and communicating with both customer and IT Operations and Production Services group. * Assist in maintaining and building new reports. * Assist in the various field and production processes including operations applications. * Troubleshoot application issues including hardware and software. * Participate as a team member on IT Operations and Production services projects. Assists higher level Analysts in project management reporting and development. Assists other technical staff as needed. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Currently pursuing a BS or BBA Information Systems or a related field. Prefer students that have completed their Sophomore year. Any relevant work experience is a plus. Preferred Skills: Documentation, analytical and problem solving, interpersonal and communication, working as an individual contributor in a team environment, ability to multi-task and work effectively in a distributed environment; attention to detail and ability to consistently follow detailed procedures; work with confidential/personal information in a professional and secure manner. THIS POSITION WILL BE PART TIME AND YEAR-ROUND - Candidate must have the ability to work approximately 15- 20 hours a week.
