Summary: Echocardiography Tech - PRN
Serves as a member of the Cardiology Team, engaged in the conduct and performance of Cardiac Ultrasound / Doppler diagnostic testing. This team member is required to assist the physician and other related healthcare professionals in these technical areas and is responsible for all aspects of clinical support. Functions independently with minimal supervision. Required education: Technical specialize in cardiovascular technology/ sonography/ ultrasound field.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

* Required - Technical Diploma or Associate's in Science - Sonography/Cardiovascular Technology/Echocardiography

Credentials:

* Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - RDCS or RCS certification within 1 year

Experience:

* Preferred - 1 year post-graduate Echocardiology experience

BayCare Health System, Non Invasive Cardiology-MPH

Location: Morton Plant Hospital - Downtown Clearwater, FL

Status: PRN, Exempt: No

Shift Hours: 6:30a-5p or 7:00a- 5:30p

Shift: Shift 4

Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings,  3 = Nights,  4 = Varies

Weekend Work: Every 3rd

On Call: Yes
