Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and address issues. Drive adoption of digital tools among HR staff and employees through training and support. Identify and implement HR process automation opportunities for increased efficiency. Create HR dashboards and serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and drive business results. Lead and mentor a team member dedicated to supporting digitalization initiatives within the HR department. Maintenance and administration of our existing HR system rexx and future HRIS Success Factors.
