Position Overview:
As the Head of Marketing for Woodlands, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, attract families, and drive enrollment in our programs. You will collaborate closely with all Woodlands campuses to achieve our business goals while maintaining a strong focus on delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of Campus Branding to uphold presentation standards consistent with organizational goals.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills by identifying and addressing real-world challenges, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity in marketing and branding processes.
Oversee content creation and management for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms to maintain a cohesive online presence.
Monitor Woodland's online performance in terms of SEO, making data-driven decisions to optimize visibility and reach.
Manage advertisement spending and budgets to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
Provide support and guidance to campuses in organizing family and educational events, ensuring alignment with brand values.
Monitor and enhance Google business listings, leveraging positive reviews to showcase successes and exemplary service.
Encourage and manage customer reviews, fostering a culture of positivity while promptly addressing any negative feedback.
Maintain and update our campus online directories to ensure accuracy in information, content, and images.
Collaborate with external advertising and marketing teams to expand our community reach, sustain our presence, and generate leads/enrollments for our campuses
Confident and capable in architecture planning with a strong understanding of building layouts and spatial design principles.
Skilled in graphic design, acquired through academic studies, complemented by practical application in film and gaming projects using systems such as adobe editing suite.
Utilizing technical information to create visually engaging content to translate statistics and reports into advertising or design applications.
Develop and execute traditional marketing initiatives, such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and community outreach programs, to reach target audiences.
Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and printers to produce high-quality marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Lead content strategy development, including the creation of educational resources, blog posts, videos, and other engaging content to support marketing efforts and provide value to our audience.
Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging, educational goals, and audience preferences.
