JOB DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Emilia Wickstead as Social Media & Content Executive. This role sits within the Brand Communications department and is responsible for the management of Emilia Wickstead’s social media channels and creative content assets. A natural storyteller, you should be creative yet analytical, with excellent copywriting skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Content:

· Support with the planning and execution of seasonal campaign shoots from concept to delivery

· Brief internal teams and photographers to maximise content creation, considering all channels, stills and video requirements

· Support with content creation and dissemination during London Fashion Week, including booking photographers, videographers, briefing and shooting backstage/live content

· Compile creative look books

· Support with planning and execution of brand event photography

· Create brand documents and graphics, including invitations and presentations

· Supply creative content to Ecommerce team for website and blog posts

· Ad hoc creative projects under the creative direction of Emilia Wickstead

Social:

· Curate and run the Emilia Wickstead and Emilia Wickstead Bridal social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest) ensuring content is in line with the marcoms calendar and product deliveries

· Ensure all content is aligned with brand tone, consistent and customer-centric

· Forward plan and scheduling of all social posts and campaigns, using scheduling tools as relevant and/or daily posting of content

· Obtain approval for social plans on a weekly and monthly basis from relevant stakeholders, Creative Director and Brand Director

· Liaise with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure social media activity is aligned to e-mail marketing and product uploads. Continuously find new ways to work together to drive customer interest and conversion

· Respond in real time to new content and cultural moments, partnering with the PR team to amplify press and VIP stories

· Cultivate an always-on approach to Instagram stories utilising collection, press and UGC assets

· Present new, innovative, and creative ideas for posts and stories to drive follower engagement and growth

· Complete all community management and escalate queries to customer service as relevant

· Write engaging and on-brand copy, ensuring that tone of voice is relevant to Emilia Wickstead’s target customers

· Create graphics as needed to support social posts

· Compile weekly and monthly analytics reports

Requirements:

· 2+ years in a social media marketing or content creator role in a premium or luxury brand environment

· Proficient in Adobe Suite with graphic design skills desirable

· Proficient in the use of social media platforms, content management systems, Google Analytics, social media monitoring platforms and native analytics. Able to interpret and apply data to influence strategic content plans

· Proficient in MS Office

· Strong presentation skills

· Passionate about social media, culture, and fashion

· A strong self-starter, able to work independently as well as a part of a team

· Excellent taste, with a strong eye for style and good design

· Impeccable attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· You must be a confident team player, who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
