About Trayport

Trayport’s products make it frictionless for large producers and consumers of energy to trade with each other regardless of borders. It is through our platforms that about 80% of all European utilities trades take place. We are a small company that makes a big impact in the world!

What would you be doing?

• You will complete a comprehensive training and induction programme which will get you up to speed with our markets, our software and our clients. Once this is completed, you will be involved in:
• Acting as a point of contact for clients to ensure they derive the greatest possible value from the use of our software.
• Providing business critical technical support to our clients, who are high profile financial institutions, utilities and funds.
• Providing technical consultancy to our clients in areas like product configuration and training.

What are we looking for?

• Qualifications either at GCSE and/or A-Level
• Some experience with IT (Could be a part-time job, apprenticeship, internships/work experience or even a hobby).
• Experience of working in a customer service environment where you’ve needed to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. (Hospitality, retail, sports clubs)
• High levels of energy in seeking out and achieving new goals
• A thirst for learning and willingness to try everything.
