Hiring Coordinator

We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. We are currently seeking a Hiring Coordinator to service the Cherry Hill, NJ area!

SCHEDULE:

  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Work Location: In-office
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to new applicants throughout the hiring and onboarding process, including but not limited to communicating logistics of interviews and training sessions with new hires.
  • Address candidate inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Process applicants in the hiring process in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with related Federal and state employment eligibility requirements and employment laws.
  • Manage employee database through accurate data entry, such as tax and direct deposit information into the payroll system.
  • Provide administrative support to District Manager and Regional Recruiter.
  • Work cohesively with all members of the team to maintain excellent working relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
