Unit Summary:
D4 is a 30 bed intermediate care/stepdown unit. This unit cares primarily for cardiac patients in need of cardiac catheterizations, post STEMI/angioplasty, NSTEMI, post pacemaker insertion, CHF patient’s, Atrial Fibrillation or other cardiac arrhythmia’s and hyper/hypotensive patients, not meeting ICU admission criteria.

Hours: 36 hours per week, Evening/Night Shift, Every Third Weekend
 
Qualifications:
• Critical care experience required
• Able to read and interpret Tele strips independently
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Use of electronic based charting systems. Cerner experience is preferred.
• BSN preferred
• Valid BLS and ACLS required, PCCN or CVRN certifications preferred
