Position Summary:

This position is a technical and administrative support function assisting engineers in the design, feasibility and permitting of civil construction projects supporting Oil and Gas development.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing CAD civil site plans with differing levels of detail varying from sketch plans to detailed construction drawings.
• Performing civil engineering hydrologic / hydraulic stormwater and erosion control calculations.
• Preparing Land Development applications and support exhibits / reports, ranging from a Township driveway permit to a PA DEP ESCGP application.
• Updating spreadsheets, databases, and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Filing DEP permit closure reports and pre-construction notifications. Print plans and reports.
• Prepare FAA scans for new well sites, track and retain documents.
• Review and summarize permit approval conditions.
• Utility conflict relocation coordination for construction projects.

Minimum Education: - Technical Associates in Engineering, Drafting and/or Surveying or applicable preferred

Minimum Experience: - 2 years of relevant, related experience

Software Proficiencies: AutoCAD, Carlson Civil Software, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office

Working Conditions: Work is primarily performed in an office is typically in a climate controlled indoor setting. Some work performed in the field may require the employee to be subjected to seasonal field conditions ranging from normal to extreme temperature and weather conditions and employees must be able to work in remote, isolated areas.

If a job is eligible for telecommuting but an individual employee's performance is not satisfactory, the employee may be required to work in the office until the work performance has developed to a satisfactory level. Telecommuting is not an entitlement, and it does not change the terms and conditions of employment with the Company.
