Overview









We are looking for highly driven entry-level service technicians who want to go through an extensive paid training program to join our rapidly growing team starting in June 2024.

This Technician Training Program starts at $23.50 an hour, consisting of a 15-month intensive program of 2,400 hour comprised of 2,000 hours on the job training and 400 hours of classroom/online video training. You will be rotated through 8 different shops (including Compact Construction Equipment, Hydraulic, Component Rebuild, Undercarriage, and more!) and work elbow-to-elbow with some of the best technicians in the industry.

Upon successful completion of the trainee program, you will become a full-time technician with an hourly rate of $32.39 per hour.

Qualifications









  • High school diploma or (GED) equivalent.
  • One or more years of experience servicing heavy equipment or equivalent education in automotive/diesel/other mechanical vocational program.
  • Strong sense of safety, customer service, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with a desire to learn and adapt.
  • Proficient in the use of technology (laptop computer and related software systems)
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
