Wagner Logistics, a Top 50 Third Party Logistics company providing supply chain services including distribution center management, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, product assembly, and packaging is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to process orders, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries at our warehouse on Armourdale Parkway in Kansas City, KS. This position will work Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm and every other Saturday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.

- Process and input customer orders
- Create outbound orders
- Check inventory for product availability
- Generate all related paperwork and necessary information for customer orders and check orders for special requests.
- Coordinate special or last-minute shipping requests with the appropriate operations personnel
- Enter inbound receipts. Prepare customer invoices, accurately and timely
- Maintain damage records
- Handle returned merchandise record keeping
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, business-like manner
- Operate computers and various office machines necessary to perform duties
- Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain files
- Prepare and maintain reports as directed by management
- Maintain a clean and well-organized office area
- Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer and other employees by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner
- Report customer feedback to management including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Self-starter that demonstrates initiative and follow-thru required.
- Ability to perform simple mathematics, read and speak English and write legibly.
- Good keyboard skills and data entry experience.
- Great people skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds and levels.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to pass a drug test, criminal background and E-Verify required.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, reach and/or kneel for up to 12-hour periods of time and repetitively
- Exposure to varying temperatures: heat, cold, wet, damp, drafty
- Work on concrete and unlevel surfaces
- May be required to climb ladders and stairs
- Work around hazardous materials and may be exposed to carcinogens, toxic, and explosive materials
- Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection
- Use hands and fingers to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights
- Utilize muscles to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
