Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join the team as a Data Entry Clerk in Burgettstown, PA. Schedule: 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Pay rate: $16/hr.
Data Entry Clerk essential functions:
- Coordinating team input on various deadlines for specific projects
- Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
- Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
- Handling customer service calls and feedback responses
- Recording and documenting procedures
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, mailings, and deliveries; and other tasks as may be required
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized
- Provide support to staff members and departments, including organization of on-site and off-site team events
- Entry level position, office experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizing and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with MS office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
