Description
We are searching for a Benefits Specialist on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. Entry level- lots of paperwork, and Data entry.
Part time position up to 30 hrs a week. The person will work in the HR department,HR Service Center/Service Center and HR Service Center & Benefits team. Workday and UKG system.
This is an onsite position. 1-2 days a week to file archive paper and pull files.
Location: Minneapolis Minnesota 55401
Responsibilities
- Plans and communicates benefits offerings for the firm.
- Manages benefits administration for all offices.
- Maintains day-to-day relationship with employees, brokers, and vendors.
- Completes required forms for CO FAMLI benefit.
- Maintains filing and archiving of paper files in office.
- Conducts open enrollments, manages ERISA and COBRA compliance.
- Oversees health and welfare plan administration, including disability, HCRA, DCRA, life, medical, dental, 401(k) program, employee exit program, transportation programs, and time off management.
- Logging tickets in service now, Faxes, Sending out materials
- Will manages plans and communicates employee benefit offerings.
- Complete form for new CO leave benefits (25 max a week)
Requirements:
High School or equivalent.
1 yr. office experience.
Benefit experience a plus.
Service now experiences is helpful.
