Salary: $60,000 - $65,000/yr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm (Hybrid)

Finance Coordinator responsibilities:
  • Manage accounting functions including maintenance of the internal general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with the creation and review of the foundation's accounting policies.
  • Help with preparation and review of detailed monthly actual to budget variance reports.
  • Assist internal and external auditors during annual routine audits.
  • Help with preparation of supporting documents for annual Form 990 filing.
This is an entry level position for a motived individual with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and that is goal oriented.
