The Vetting Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our organization/charity records stored within our database. This role requires great attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, web research, and strong communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the initial point of contact and face of the company when engaging with consumers to client programs and eligibility

  • Communicate innovative ideas and solutions to drive efficiencies

  • Work efficiently alone and with a team to meet individual and company-wide SLAs

  • Represent our clients and brand with professionalism and integrity consistently

  • Managing workload effectively to prioritize and handle multiple customer inquiries and issues simultaneously while maintaining high-quality support

  • Collects and reviews documentation for all consumers and maintains them in the company database

  • Various other duties as assigned

  • Communicate to management any issues that would affect the business

  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support for further investigation and resolution

  • Exhibit effective customer service skills.

  • Timely and accurate data entry

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Who You Are/Qualifications:

  • One year of client-facing, customer service experience would be an asset in this role

  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal

  • Unwavering professional demeanor and the ability to adapt to various situations

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadline, and manage changing priorities

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 Office, primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook. Comfortable learning new systems and programs

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Schedule
Vetting Specialists are scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day with a one hour lunch break.

Compensation

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.

US hourly rate: $22.00/hr ($46,000 annually).

Please note that the compensation range specified in this job posting is applicable to candidates based in the United States. For international applicants, actual salary offers may vary based on the local market compensation standards and will be determined in accordance with regional considerations, including but not limited to applicable laws, cost of living, and industry norms.
