Our client in Van Wert, Ohio is seeking entry level production associates to join a great company on 1st shift.  Great starting pay and lots of benefits to working with us. 

Job Title:  Production 

Location:   Van Wert, Ohio

Pay Range:  $17

What’s the Job?

• Operating assigned machinery and/or equipment operation and/or the physical loading/unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with operational standard work and supervisor instructions
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or operate material handling equipment as assigned
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to use of PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices. 
• May load and unload raw goods and finished products
• Visual inspection of product to ensure quality

What’s Needed?

• Completion of high school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
• Ability to occasionally climb/balance
• Ability to continuously stand and frequently lift, carry, stoop, bend, squat, push, pull
• Manpower will require candidates to complete a background check
