* Strong understanding of different industries and job markets.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Sourcing experience within the Healthcare and Call Center industry is preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant field
1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
