The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated entry-level Customer Success Manager who will join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will act as a primary touch-point for our customers, helping to maximize their satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with customers and understand their unique goals and objectives to ensure their successful use of our product.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Provide customers with detailed product suggestions and usage instructions, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
     
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills surrounding customer service issues and concerns.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles.
     
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous experience in customer success or account management role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge or interest in sustainable energy products and services.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
