The role:

Location North, Manchester/Sheffield

This role will be focused on both account management to maximize existing relationships, whilst also putting significant focus on winning and developing new accounts within the on-trade IFT market. A strong candidate will be an outstanding relationship builder, with the ability to sell from our premium portfolio. Supporting, monitoring, and executing a retention strategy for ABI brands within partner wholesale supplied outlets is key to this role, along with demonstration of commercial acumen and delivery of KPI results, whilst embracing the ABI 10 key principals. If successful in this role, the candidate will be equipped with the skills to move into key account management within sales in either on or off trade, or leadership roles across multiple functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Grow AB InBev share/sales within the National On-Trade Wholesale Partner

  • Deliver distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics

  • Build promotional plans with customers to ensure AB InBev has the strongest promotional participation across categories & outperforms the competition across all key commercial metrics.

  • Develop a strong network of working relationships across the ledger from HO contacts, Wholesale Salesforce, WKAMs, Technical Support

  • Liaise with the Leadership Team to attend & lead Regional Sales Meetings

  • Track, monitor, and manage ABI listing fee accounts

  • Supporting the implementation of cross-functional project

  • Analyze relevant data sources to drive individual and team performance

Who were looking for:

  • Passion for Beer and Food Industry experience in the hospitality industry (e.g. bar work, waiter/waitress experience) is preferred

  • Analytical skills, strong business acumen

  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent relationship-building and follow-up skills

  • Very enthusiastic & motivated to make a difference

  • Driven, ambitious and resilient

  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Flexible with irregular working hours to be present during key periods on premise (including some evenings and weekends)

  • This role is Field Based role so a current UK Driving License is required
