Our opportunity We have an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our luxury High Forest Apartment project based in West Pennant Hills. Your responsibilities are but not limited to:Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM. Understand feasibility and can update and report under supervision. Assist in the preparations of development feasibilities. Maintain current market knowledge. Aware of risks and opportunities on projects under supervision. Participate in Innovation and Sustainability objectives. Your point of difference You will entry level experience gained within the Development industry, including strong commercial /legal/ financial acumen and solid understanding of the procurement, planning and tendering processes. You will have appropriate tertiary qualifications and sound decision-making, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills. Finally, you will have ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity, conflict resolution experience in project and people management and excellent Microsoft Suites skills.
