Here’s what you’ll need to be successful here:You enjoy communicating with and helping people. You’ll get to meet with our clients face-to-face and help them when they need it have a positive personality. We often meet people right after they’ve had a disaster in their home or property. And sometimes you’ll walk into situations that are …frankly…gross. But when we keep each other positive, we turn a bad situation around and create a positive experience and solution for our customers. And we enjoy working with each other while we do it!You’d rather be doing physical work than be stuck behind a desk. This job is definitely hands-on. You can’t be afraid of hard work, and you need to realize that not every situation that you walk in is going to be pleasant. But you are there to make things like being organised and giving attention to details. Attention to detail on the job is needed both in the way that you’ll care for the homeowners property and possessions, plus in the details needed for the paperwork that’s required by insurance like the variety in a flexible schedule. Due to the nature of the work and how we need to respond to client emergencies, you’ll need to be okay with working a flexible schedule and be available on occasion for weekend have a valid Australian driver’s license, and preferably can drive a manual.
