Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a "best in class" approach to customer experience management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
* A level or equivalent.

* 3 years’ experience in a customer service/planning team environment. In depth knowledge and understanding of the agricultural animal feed industry advantageous.
* Ability to recognize strategic planning opportunities and the way in which to take best advantage.
* Confident interpersonal and social skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of business via the telephone or face to face.
