Salary:

About our Graduate Program
You will be given Sales Training, Mentorship, and a group of entry level customers within the Agriculture industry to start you on your career. The first 12 months are spent learning how to sell, negotiate and communicate with industry specific customers. The position is a full time role that will continue post completion of the program. About the role
This exciting sales position is hands-on and offers a balance of desk based and face to face customer interaction through the close management of your assigned customer patch.
A typical day will involve information gathering, putting together proposals, price negotiation, customer visits, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to maximise success.
You will also be given Sales Training and a group of entry level customers in a diverse range of industries including Mining and Industrial.
Upon completion of training, you will continue to have the guidance of an experienced direct supervisor to help you build confidence and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
There are constant challenges within the role however you will be working with like-minded individuals that will be able to provide you guidance on how you can overcome those obstacles ensuring you gain the right confidence to love what you do.
