Help forge and maintain the relationship between the enterprise advocate teams and the SE organization by regularly engaging with sales leadership

Learn to be a strong advocate for your team ensuring they are empowered to do their best
About You:We’re looking for someone who is eager to drive change, challenge the process, and lead the way for other team members.
You’re a dynamic SE who is comfortable leading from the front and empowering those around you to be their best selves. You are a teacher, mentor, coach, manager, confidant, strategic counselor, and advisor.
On paper, you have 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity, with excellent communication, strong coaching skills to multi-level audiences, and unmatched agility to do what it takes to get the job done. Ideally, you would have 2 or more years of experience leading technical selling teams. But most critically for this role, you must be able to influence those around you and gain buy-in from our stakeholders.
You’re a creative problem solver who can enable teammates to identify complex business problems, boil them down into solutions, and collaborate with all involved parties to deliver compelling value-based solutions. You’re equally comfortable talking to a group of newly hired SEs, coaching industry vets, meeting with sales leaders of various levels, and getting in front of customers. You love to learn and continuously grow and challenge yourself, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win a lot, hate to lose even more, and are passionate about empowering others to help customers and Atlassian succeed. You are already a leader amongst your peers.
