*Responsibilities and Duties*
The Quick Response Specialty Lead (Hotshot) is responsible for supplying the aircraft with all missing items that the cleaners are not able to give. They are also responsible for cleaning all BIOHAZARD spills.
*Qualifications and Skills*
- Must be 21 years of age or older
You must bring in proof of citizenship or authorization to work in the United States along with original documents: government issued driver's license and social security card, passport or birth certificate.
Must be willing to work full time
Must be willing to undergo a Background Check and drug test. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT EAT, DRINK, SMOKE OR HAVE ANYTHING CONTAINING NICOTINE 30 MINS PRIOR TO ARRIVING DUE TO DRUG TESTING.

*Essential Functions*
* Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
* Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
* Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
* Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
* Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
*Responsibilities*
* Drives vehicles (if required) to perform or travel to cleaning work, including vans, industrial trucks, or industrial vacuum cleaners
* Provide leadership and direction to team members
* Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management to dispatcher
* Assist with the training of cleaning team
* Coordinate work assignments with dispatcher
* Manage security of keys for the property
* Report work orders for dispatcher
* Makes sure aircrafts are secured at all times
* Work with dispatcher of completion of all calls
* Provide training to all new hires assigned to aircrafts
* Check supplies, equipment, vehicles and chemicals daily
* Complete order forms completely and accurately
* Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
* May be expected to make basic repairs
* Miscellaneous duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Customer Service Experience
* 1 yr of similar work experience
