Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/x)
limited to one year -
Your role
manage given sales tools to provide clarity of sales situations and developments
optimize sales processes and sales information
contribute to conceptionally designing and implementing staff training
act as an interface between all divisions and branches to ensure transparent communication on objectives and process improvements
provide analysis and proactively make suggestions for future improvements in our sales operations
coordinate D2C and sales operation projects and support the change management process
support other activities within the company – depending on how the environment and the company evolves
Your profile
successfully completed commercial training, university degree in business informatics, economics, sales, or comparable qualification
good knowledge of sales, both B2B and D2C sales
experience in project management advantageous
familiarity with using SAP and BI systems desirable
good communication skills in English in interacting with various divisions and branches of Yamaha across all hierarchy levels; German advantageous
proactive, analytical and self-motivated work approach in dealing with changes of our commercial situation along with good time management skills
