The Job Description
  • Survey customer needs, obtain requirements and analyze business operations for product.
  • Research to build suitable features that bring good user experience and increase user engagement for products based on users and stakeholder’s feedback.
  • Monitor progress and tasks according to the set process.
  • Comply with the company's training process.
  • Monitor and manage personnel in the product team.
  • Trade and communication products.
  • Exchange with partners, customers information about products.
  • Manage files and lists related to work.
  • Assist superiors in performing work-related organizational activities. Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform the problems related to team members, projects, customers,...
  • Provide guidance, training and consulting to team members.
  • Other product-related issues.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Female candidates are preferred.
  • University graduate majoring in Economics, Management Information Systems, IT or related majors.
  • Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
  • Have 2 years of experience related to Business Analyst.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
  • Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
