Key Responsibilities: Support the school where needed Maintain a classroom environment that is conducive to learning Assign lessons and follow the classroom teacher’s lesson plans Maintaining a safe learning environment Utilize a variety of learning methods to enhance the students’ learning experiences and support them as needed Minimum Requirements: MN Short Call Substitute Teaching License or higher (If you have a bachelor's degree, Zen can help guide you through the process to get licensed and apply for a Short Call Substitute License.) Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university Preferred Requirements: Tier 3 or 4 MN teaching license Master's Degree Accredited Teacher Preparation Program Additional Requirements: Additional requirements include US Work Authorization.
